Who Ya 'Wanna SMACK?

I'll spare you the long list...

  1. The husband who focuses on his biological family at the expense of his married family.
  2. The man in the car behind me yesterday morning who thought I would enjoy him riding my rear. I did not.
  3. The Carolina Panthers (you knew something about football was coming, didn't you?) NOT for losing their game but for not having leadership on the team and for hiring people the owners can control instead of people who know football and don't take crap off of whiny quarterbacks.
  4. Myself. In an attempt to jump start some creativity.
  5. The daughter who moved back in with the understanding that we would NOT have a messy/filthy room yet continues to keep a messy room with dirty dishes and fast food trash. AND who has ruined the furniture that I spent so much time painting.
  6. People who do things I suggested and act like it was their original thought.
  7. Anyone who decides to hold a class I have to attend from 4:00-5:00 this Thursday. I hate rush hour traffic.
  8. Anyone who uses the term, 'mandatory.'
  9. The first five people I saw as I entered Bed, Bath and Beyond this morning who all just had to exchange pleasantries. I was there on a mission not a social call.
  10. Drunks.
There. I feel a bit better now. LOL

Thank goodness the lovelies will be here this weekend AND my dad and step-mom. It's engagement party time!

Now, tell me, who do YOU want to SMACK?

  1. Mandatory meetings on my day off.
The company my hubby retired from is taking away his insurance plan and "helping" him sign up for the affordable care plan........which means I have to work three more years to stay on my insurance plan at work! Grrrrrrrrrr

  3. You mean daughters can live in messy, dirty, food garbage infested rooms too? I thought sons were the slobs. Lord knows mine was. I don't miss that at all. How about I give you a hug instead of smacking somebody?xx

  5. I am with you on number 6! Why do people do that? Do they think we forgot that we gave them the idea, or do they honestly think it is their idea?

  7. I'm not sure I would dare start a "smack" list. It could easily get out of hand. Lol

  8. Love your list. I am so sorry your daughter has ruined all of the furniture you worked so hard on. I know that it wasn't #1 on your list, but I am sure it is an ongoing frustration. And #1 sounds bad, too. I think family tends to bring out the smacking impulse in everyone...

  9. Love #6!
I'd love to smack people (in this house) who say pizza is a "handy" dinner! I've just spent 2 hours cleaning the oven racks!

    1. Funny how people conveniently forget where they got an idea. Nobody here notices messes they make. And why should they?it's not like they have to clean it up or anything.

  10. at the moment I can't think of anyone needing a smack. I'm relatively mellow right now. Oh wait just remember this stupid insurance company calling wanting to set-up a private meeting. They just want to sell us stuff we don't want.
So you offer a smacking service?
