There are plenty of idiots to go around. DEHEC has mentioned the likelihood of bacterial and viral infections and sewage backups so, yeah.
The storm drains are working but, we are in the low-country so, in reality, where is the water going to go?

A very good reason NOT to play in the water---
My house is in a no flood zone in Mount Pleasant. Even though we have lake front property right now, we're dry. Thankfully. The next shot is of a section of our back yard.
I asked Tucker if he wanted to go for a walk this morning. He declined.
