Hodger Podger

Good things are in the air--for one, we get the entire week of Thanksgiving OFF! Second, it's time for the Hodge Podge! Welcome back Joyce! So glad y'all came through the storm in good shape!

1.  What rule of life should never be broken? The female always makes the rules. Nonono...the female can change her mind at any time without permission or warning...nononon0...LOL I'm kidding, sort of. How about not taking things or people for granted.

2.  What's your favorite family recipe? There are just too many of them to pick one.

3.  Is the media manipulative? This is a rhetorical question, right?

4. Hubs and I saw Skyfall last weekend...are you a fan of the Bond films? If so, who's your favorite Bond? I don't go for those films. Though I did love Sean Connery and Roger Moore as Bond. Kind of a toss up as to who I liked best. Birdie, however, is an AVID Bond fan and loves them all!

5. What is one thing you hope people never say about you? That I am judgmental. Or unfair.

6.  What's a nearby tourist attraction you'd like to see, but haven't gotten around to visiting? Nothing. I've seen it and done it. When you have four daughters, you tend to get around to all those places--locally and in surrounding states.

7.  Where's your favorite tree? Right here in Charleston--well, on John's Island. It's called the Angel Oak and is said to be over 1500 years old.

8.  Insert your own random thought here. I can't begin to tell y'all how thrilled I am to know that we have the entire week of Thanksgiving OFF! That means, on Friday, when I leave school, I won't have to go back for NINE DAYS!

OH! And we have a new family member- nephew and his wonderful wife had a baby boy yesterday morning around 5:00.

Welcome Jedidiah:

The parents:

Congrats!

And then I sneaking on the plane with you to visit your neck of the woods. In the winter though. Y'all get too hot. LOL

Several people said Angel Tree. Next time I'm that way I'm going to have to look it up. Of course, I have NO idea when that will be. :)
